I haven't received my order yet

If you are a customer in the UK your order will have been despatched either the same day (If you ordered before 2 PM) or the following working day if ordered after 2 PM. 

If you haven't received your order within 48 hours of your notification of dispatch, please first enter the tracking code provided to you on your dispatch email on the Royal Mail website. This should show you any information about your order, but if not don't panic, just let us know and we will look into it for you.

If you are an International customer your order will have been despatched either the same day (If you ordered before 2 PM) or the following working day if ordered after 2 PM. 

If you haven't received your order within 5-10 working days of your notification of dispatch, please first enter the tracking code provided to you on your dispatch email on the Royal Mail website. This should show you any information about your order, but if not don't panic, just let us know and we will look into it for you.

If you are a US customer and have used our US website, please use the tracking code provided on your dispatch email and enter it at the USPS Tracking Service. This includes services to the USA, Canada, Mexico and Colombia when ordered through our US site.
