I placed an order and my Gamucci Reward Points were not updated.

If you placed an order and you haven't received an email with your updated Gamucci point total, you should firstly log-in into your Gamucci account and under the reward points menu you can check your points history.

If your points haven't been updated please contact us at your convenience and a customer service representative will be there to help.
